    Yes, we can help provide guidance with nutrition to support your fitness programme. 


    Nutritional information can be provided as much or as little as you need. 

  • Who can attend a group PT session?

    Most commonly group PT sessions are perfect for couples, friends or relatives who want to give each other moral support and motivation on their fitness journey. 


    Most commonly group PT sessions are for two people, however bespoke packages can be developed for larger groups. 


    If you're interested in a bespoke group PT package, get in contact with us to discuss the finer details. 

  • Do I need to be fit to join?

    We cater for all fitness levels, meaning anyone can join!


    We're happy to give you the support you need on your fitness journey whether you are an absolute beginner or regularly attend the gym. 

  • How do I book PT sessions?

    Personal training sessions do not go through the same online booking system that we have for classes. Instead, this is dealt with directly through your personal trainer and sessions will be communicated in person or via phone.

  • How frequent are the PT sessions?

    Personal training sessions are as frequent as you require. 


    We offer blocks of 10 or 20 sessions and these are used as quickly or slowly as you like. Most commonly, people have 1-2 sessions per week combining these with group classes and training.


    Each PT session is approximately 1 hour. 

  • Do you provide home programmes?

    Yes, we can work together on developing a home programme to support your fitness goals when you are outside of our fitness studio. 

  • Are sessions in an open gym environment?

    No, none of our sessions are operated in an open gym environment. 


    We have our own studio space that is operated as a personal training studio. We want people to feel confident training in a comfortable and private environment.
