It's essential to us that everyone attending classes feels comfortable and confident. As a result, we've purposely created a private fitness studio environment with fun, friendly and motivated attendees.

    We have an online booking system which you can access to easily book onto your next fitness class.

  • How long are the bootcamp classes?

    Each of our classes run for 45 minutes and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace without being made to feel uncomfortable. 

  • Do you have any offers for new starters?

    Yes, the first class is always free so you can come and meet the team and understand why our classes are different to any other.

  • I'm new, how do I join group classes?

    Firstly, welcome! 


    We typically recommend getting in contact with us so we can invite you down to the fitness studio for a look around and ensure you're comfortable first. 


    We will then discuss how you can get set up on our online booking system so you can book onto any of the classes that you want to attend. 

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

    Yes, please contact us for more information regarding out cancellation policy. 

  • Are there any long-term commitments/memberships?

    No, you are not tied in to any long-term commitments or memberships. 


    Direct debits can be cancelled at any point.
