  • Do you help with nutrition?

    Yes, we can help provide guidance with nutrition to support your fitness programme. 


    Nutritonal information can be provided as much or as little as you need. 

  • Do I need to be fit to join?

    We cater for all fitness levels, meaning anyone can join!


    We're happy to give you the support you need on your fitness journey whether you are an absolute beginner or regularly attend the gym. 

  • How do I book PT sessions?

    Personal training sessions do not go through the same online booking system we have for classes. 


    Instead, this is dealt with directly through your personal trainer and sessions will be communicated in person or via text.

  • How frequent are the PT sessions?

    Personal training sessions are as frequent as you require. 


    We offer blocks of 10 or 20 sessions and these are used as quickly or slowly as you like. Most commonly, people have 1-2 sessions per week. 


    Each PT session is approximately 1 hour. 

  • Do you provide home programmes?

    Yes, we can work together on developing a home programme to support your fitness goals when you are outside of our fitness studio.

  • Are sessions in an open gym environment?

    No, none of our sessions are operated in an open gym environement. 


    We have our own studio space that is operare as a personal training studio. We want people to feel confident training a comfotable and private envrionment. 

  • Do you offer support outside of the fitness studio?

    Yes,  we are available at the end of the phone if you need support with anything food or fitness related. 


    It is expected that you'll have lots of questions within the first few months of getting your head around this new lifestyle so we're there to help whenever it is needed. 


    Even to the extent of knowing what to order if you're at a restaurant for a meal, send a picture of the menu and we'll help you!
